Baseado na história real de Daniel Rye, um jovem fotógrafo viaja até a Síria para documentar a crise dos refugiados em 2013. Ele acaba sendo sequestrado pelo Estado Islâmico e sua família fará de tudo para libertá-lo.

**English** When you talk about kidnapping and based on real events in the same sentence, you already know that a hugely heavy film is coming, and this was no different, torture, a lot of evil, sadism, and Daniel's only mistake was wanting to be a naive adventurer... It's sad to know how many innocent people, men and women, journalists, humanitarians, are tortured daily by a senseless war (all wars are senseless). A fantastic work, very well produced, the torture scenes hurt us... #ICried ...
