Oiwa é a protagonista de uma nova peça baseada na história de fantasmas "Yotsuya Kaidan". Ela usa sua influência para conseguir que seu amante, Kosuke Hasegawa, seja escalado para a peça, mesmo ele sendo um ator desconhecido e logo, o amor se transforma em rancor e cruza a linha tênue entre realidade e fantasia.
